- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I cancelled my policy a month ago and spoke with an agent on the phone who guaranteed my auto pay would be cancelled. Well my auto pay ran and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of or get a callback from somebody. A girl answered and said I would get a callback after my agents meeting. That was my second call of the day. I received no callback. I haven't even lived in IL in 4 weeks. If they do the right thing and reverse payment I will respond to this review.February 01, 2017by chad
